- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady on the phone was rude asked her if there was problems with ATM machine she said call back in 10 min so I waited 25 min when I called back I explained to her that I didn't get my money . I had a receipt explaining that it was unable to dispense the money she said it wasn't her problem . I explained to her that I checked my appt. And it said that the machine. Showed it withdraw she was very rude . Now it's going to take 45 day to get this straighten out . The machine messed up not me . Who is going to pay my mortgage . I can't because of this plus I haft to pay late fees . I shouldn't even rate this .I will tell every o e don't use chase bank they are rude and not helpful on getting any matter like this settled.By Tlparker parker, October 13, 2016
