- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Home loan payment kicked back because I pay it every month with my banks bill pay. Fidelity increased my payment due to escrow changes and did not notify me. I went in and paid the difference with cash, and they said they would fix it and there would not be any fees. Next day I check my account on-line, and there is a $39 fee shown on my account. Don't have problems often, but this aggravated me.By Edward Bailey, December 18, 2016
