- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience. Banked with them for a month and a half and every bill paid had a late charge on it. Their systems move like it's 82' the employees are only friendly to open the account and very unprofessional. The phone msg says they treat you like royalty, they do not. They keep a horrible ledger and have rules they follow to make sure their customers keep the lights on for them by paying outrageous fees. I'm calling the BBB and I'm reporting their faulty procedures. Amanda & Tyra are the worst ones, very rude and snippy. Make another selection to bank.By MontanaDonStatus, April 06, 2017
